I have been attending Studio Figura for approximately 5 weeks and I love it! The studio is a beautiful space to workout / be pampered in and the staff are friendly, helpful and encouraging. This girl is amazing!!! So lovely and knowledgeable, and I do admit I was a bit skeptical at first. I was told results would show in 2-3 sessions however after Just one session I woke up 800g lighter and also my stubborn fat around my belly (after just having had my 5th c-section 5 months ago) is noticeably decreased (it was even last night straight after the first treatment). I am so excited to see what results I get from here and have recommended to all my friends!

I look forward to my weekly appointments at Studio Figura Newstead because I’m grateful for the chance to unwind and relax while working on my body. Honestly, I’ve never loved going to the gym, the Studio Figura team at Newstead have created a program for me to work smarter rather than harder, burning more calories than regular gym equipment.
