Freelance Marketing Manager
We are looking to appoint a Social Media and Marketing Officer to assist in developing and implementing all social media and content activities as required across the business.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the health and wellness industry and shows initiative, collaborates well with the team, and continually brings new ideas to the table.

Studio Figura mission is to provide effortless, simple and unique advanced solutions for weight loss, cellulite reduction, recovery and anti-aging to women in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere with knowledgeable, caring staff.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of internet-based marketing including content, website, email marketing and social media platforms. Executing social media channel strategies and identifying channel trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage planning, scheduling, and posting of organic content on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram (Reels, Posts & Stories), YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Liaise and coordinate with the founder of the business, graphic designer and media buyer about the marketing campaigns to direct them to get the work completed
- Maximise organic traffic and engagement including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok in line with brand strategy
- Identify new influencers that align with our brand
- Monitor and track influencer performance
- Plan and manage Creative Execution of content strategy including photo and video shoots
- Sending email campaigns to clients (Mailchimp)
About You:
- You have a passion for Social Media, Aesthetics and Marketing
- You pride yourself on sourcing, creating and sharing compelling content through digital channels to drive supporter engagement.
- Love to create TikTok content and not scared to be in Studio Figura content
- Able to keep on top of and manage multiple projects including managing all social media channels for the business as well as email marketing, and coming up with ideas for new social media campaigns.
- Strong content writing skills
- Ability to understand trends in the digital content and social media space.
- You are familiar when it comes to working with systems like Google Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva and WordPress.
- You are self-driven and able to work autonomously
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage and drive multiple projects all at once
- Attention to detail and dependability
- An eye for the aesthetic
- Knowledge of social media trends and an understanding of social media metrics
- Must be confident in writing about a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms – websites, Instagram, Facebook, articles, social updates.
- Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic personality
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in managing multi-channel social media across Facebook, Instagram, Tikok
- Experience in writing compelling content for blogs and email marketing
- Experience using WordPress
- Mailchimp experience
- Experience with Google Analytics
